Jennifer is the best realtor I've ever worked with! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable of the geographical areas she works in, but she is keen on honing in on your likes and dislikes, which saves you a great amount of time in the long run. She is selfless and truly has your best interest at heart. Even though she knew I was not going to be buying a home initially when I first met her and she had nothing to gain from it, she went out of her way to help me find a home to rent. When it came time to buy, she worked with me every step of the way during the construction and closing of my new home. I have the utmost confidence and trust in her and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor who makes the home search and buying experience stress- free, enjoyable and exciting!

If you're looking for a good realtor, please do not pass up the opportunity to contact Diane DiGirolamo or the Triangle Real Estate Chix Team. I was a first time home buyer. I'm a 28 year old, single guy that was looking to buy a home and I had absolutely no idea what I was getting into or how difficult the whole process would be. To be completely honest, I probably still don't because Diane made the whole process of buying a home so terribly easy and painless. I can't thank them enough. From our initial meeting of purchasing a home she made it look easy to finding out my needs, my timeline, my budget, loan options and then all the way to closing on a house. All I had to do was call or text her and she took care of everything. I'm still wondering how I ended up with the house that fits me and my lifestyle perfectly. If a friend of mine asks how difficult buying a home is usually I say, "I have no idea how it normally goes because I had the best agent in Raleigh". She's kind, knowledgable, teaches well, works hard, enjoys her job. Diane's effective, loves getting people in their dream house, and genuinely cares about you as a person and the needs that you have.
